These terms govern the S-ONE 9123 Assured Reward Programme operated by Swastik One. By claiming a reward, a claimant accepts these terms.

1. Definitions
Company means Swastik One, a proprietorship of Nilesh Amarshi Jakhelia, having its registered office at Ground Floor, Plot No. 314/315, Ambika Industrial Society 1, Udhana Magdalla Road, Near Navjivan Circle, Bhatar, Surat, Gujarat 395017, India and holding GSTIN 24AEWPJ9229A1ZD.
Programme means the S-ONE 9123 Assured Reward Programme.
Code means the single-use identifier printed inside a pack of Company product, presented as a QR code.
Reward means the pre-determined amount attached to a Code and published on the programme page.
Claimant means the individual who submits a Code together with payment details in order to receive a Reward.
2. Nature of the programme
The Programme is a sales promotion and channel incentive scheme operated by the Company. It is not a lottery, a prize competition, a game of chance or a game of skill, and it is not conducted as a draw.
No consideration is payable for participation. A Code is supplied free inside a pack of product purchased at its ordinary trade or retail price, and no part of that price is attributable to the Reward. Rewards are funded from the Company’s own sales promotion budget.
3. Eligibility
- The Claimant must be a natural person aged 18 years or above and resident in India.
- The Claimant must hold a valid UPI ID or an Indian bank account in their own name. Rewards are not paid to third party accounts.
- The Code must have been obtained from a genuine pack of Company product acquired through legitimate purchase.
- Employees, directors and partners of the Company, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to claim.
- Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by any applicable law, and the Company may exclude any territory in which the Programme cannot lawfully be operated.
4. One claim per code
Each Code may be claimed once and once only. A Code is retired permanently at the point of successful claim and cannot be reused by the original Claimant or by anyone else. A Code that has already been claimed will be refused, and the Company’s records of Code status are final.
Codes are not transferable and may not be sold, traded, published or offered for sale. The Company may cancel any Code offered for sale and refuse claims arising from it.
5. How the reward amount is determined
The Reward attached to a Code is assigned before the pack leaves the Company’s premises, is determined solely by the product and pack size, and is printed on the pack itself, so the claimant knows the exact amount before scanning.
The amount is not generated at the time of scanning, does not vary between two identical packs, and is not subject to any random, weighted or discretionary process. There are no non-paying Codes. The Reward is not negotiable and cannot be exchanged for goods, credit or any alternative.
The Company may revise the amount printed for future production. A revision applies only to packs manufactured after the change and never to a Code already in circulation.
6. Programme period
The Programme runs from 13 October 2026, until further notice. A Code must be claimed within the validity period printed on or associated with the pack. Codes not claimed within that period lapse and carry no residual value.
7. Payment of rewards
- A verified claim is normally credited within 24 working hours of successful validation.
- Payment is made to the UPI ID or bank account entered by the Claimant. The Claimant is responsible for the accuracy of those details.
- The Company is not liable for a Reward credited to an incorrect account where the Claimant supplied incorrect details, and a transfer completed to the details given cannot be reversed.
- Where a transfer fails for a reason at the receiving bank's end, the Company re-initiates payment to the same verified details within 7 working days. A failed Reward cannot be redirected to different details.
- Rewards are paid by the Company as principal. The payment service provider executes the transfer and is not a party to these terms.
8. Information collected and how it is used
To process a claim the Company collects the Code, the Claimant’s mobile number, and either a UPI ID or bank account number and IFSC, together with the name of the account holder. Where tax deduction applies, a PAN is also collected.
This information is used solely to validate the claim, execute the payment, meet tax and accounting obligations, and investigate suspected misuse. Payment details are encrypted at rest and are shared with the payment service provider only to the extent required to execute the transfer. Full details are set out in the privacy policy.
9. Misuse, fraud and forfeiture
The Company may withhold or reverse a Reward, cancel Codes and block a Claimant where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Code was duplicated, reproduced, tampered with, obtained from a pack that was not lawfully purchased, or claimed through automated means or in coordinated volume.
Per-beneficiary and per-day claim limits apply. The Company may require verification of purchase, of identity or of the mobile number used, and may decline a claim that cannot be verified. A decision to withhold a Reward on these grounds is at the Company’s reasonable discretion and is notified to the Claimant with a reason.
10. Tax
Tax is deducted at source under section 194R where total rewards paid to one person in a financial year exceed Rs 20,000.
Where tax is deducted at source, the amount credited is net of that deduction. The Claimant remains responsible for declaring Rewards received in their own income tax return and for any tax payable beyond amounts deducted by the Company.
11. Changes to the programme
The Company may amend these terms, or suspend or withdraw the Programme, by publishing notice on this page. Any amendment, suspension or withdrawal takes effect prospectively and does not affect a Code already in circulation or a valid claim already submitted, both of which will be honoured on the terms applying when the Code was issued.
12. Liability
The Company’s total liability in respect of any claim under the Programme is limited to the Reward amount attached to the Code in question. The Company is not liable for network failure, device failure, a damaged or illegible Code, or delay or failure at a bank or payment system outside its control, save that a Reward properly claimed will be re-initiated until it is credited.
13. Grievance redressal
Questions and complaints about a Code, a claim or a payment go to the Company directly. The payment service provider cannot see or act on an individual claim.
