Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers two separate things: goods we supply to the trade, and reward payments under the reward programme. They work differently, so they are set out separately.

Last updated: 1 September 2026

Part A

Goods supplied to distributors and retailers

A1. Nature of supply

Swastik One manufactures and supplies industrial consumables to distributors, retailers and trade customers against a written purchase order. This website does not sell goods to consumers and does not accept online payment. Every supply is governed by the order confirmation issued for it, which these terms supplement.

A2. Cancelling an order

  • An order may be cancelled in full or in part at no charge at any time before the goods are dispatched from our premises.
  • Once goods have been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. It may be dealt with as a return under section A3 if one of the grounds there applies.
  • Orders for goods made or packed to a customer's specific requirement cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • To cancel, write to vats.weingenious@gmail.com quoting the order number.

A3. Damaged, short or defective goods

We replace goods that arrive damaged, short-supplied or defective. The grounds are:

  • Goods damaged in transit, where the damage is recorded on the transporter's delivery documentation at the time of receipt.
  • A shortage against the quantity stated on the invoice or packing list.
  • Goods supplied that do not match the specification on the order confirmation.
  • A manufacturing defect that makes the product unfit for its stated application.

A claim must reach us within seven days of delivery, at vats.weingenious@gmail.com, quoting the invoice number, the batch code printed on the pack, the quantity affected, and photographs of the goods and the outer packaging. We may ask for the affected goods to be returned for inspection, at our cost.

A4. What we do about it

Our normal remedy is replacement of the affected goods, or a credit note against the customer’s account, at our option. A cash refund is made only where neither replacement nor a credit note is practical — for example where the trading relationship is being closed — and is paid to the bank account from which the original payment was received.

  • We acknowledge a claim within 2 working days of receiving it.
  • We complete our assessment within 7 working days of receiving the goods or the photographs we asked for.
  • An approved replacement is dispatched within 7 working days of assessment.
  • An approved cash refund is remitted within 10 working days of assessment.

A5. What is not covered

  • Goods stored outside the conditions stated on the pack, or used after the stated shelf life.
  • Goods used outside their stated application, or applied contrary to normal trade practice.
  • Ordinary variation in shade, finish or crepe texture within manufacturing tolerance.
  • Goods that have been opened, part-used or resold, except where a manufacturing defect is established.
  • Damage notified after seven days from delivery where the goods were signed for as received in good condition.

Part B

Reward payments under the reward programme

B1. Rewards are not a purchase

A reward under the S-ONE 9123 Assured Reward Programme is a payment we make to a claimant. Nothing is bought and nothing is paid to us, so there is no refund to give. What can go wrong is a reward that does not arrive, and this part sets out what we do about each case.

B2. A transfer that failed

If a transfer is rejected by the receiving bank or UPI handle — a closed account, an inactive VPA, or a technical failure — the claim returns to a failed state and we re-initiate payment to the same details that were originally verified, within 7 working days.

A failed reward cannot be redirected to different payment details. This is deliberate. It is the control that stops a reward being diverted after the fact, and we do not make exceptions to it. Where the original details are genuinely unusable, the claim is closed and reopened only after we have verified the claimant against the mobile number used for the original claim.

B3. Incorrect details entered by the claimant

A transfer that completes successfully to the UPI ID or account entered by the claimant cannot be reversed. UPI and bank transfers are final once credited, and we have no ability to recall them.

Where a claimant reports having entered someone else’s details, we will provide the transaction reference so they can pursue the matter with their own bank or through the UPI dispute process. We cannot pay the reward a second time, because the code has been consumed and the reward has been paid.

B4. A claim that was refused

A claim may be refused because the code has already been used, has expired, is not a code we issued, or because the claim breaches the programme terms. In each case the claimant is shown the reason at the time.

A refusal can be reviewed by writing to vats.weingenious@gmail.com with the code and the mobile number used. If the refusal was our error, the claim is reinstated and paid in full.

B5. A reward withheld for misuse

Where a reward is withheld because a code was duplicated, tampered with, or claimed fraudulently or in coordinated volume, the claimant is told the reason and may respond with evidence. Rewards withheld on these grounds are forfeited, as set out in the programme terms.

B6. How to raise it, and how long we take

  • Write to vats.weingenious@gmail.com, or call +91 63546 11460 during Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm IST.
  • Include the code printed inside the pack, the mobile number used, and the UPI ID or account entered.
  • We acknowledge within 2 working days.
  • We resolve, or explain what is holding it up, within 7 working days.
  • If it is not resolved to your satisfaction, escalate to our grievance officer at vats.weingenious@gmail.com.

Reward questions come to us, not to our payment provider. They execute the transfer and cannot see or act on an individual claim.
