Where prices are shown, they are indicative and exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Trade and distributor prices are quoted on application and are confirmed in writing at the point of order. This website is not an online store and does not accept orders or payment; nothing on it constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. All supply is subject to a separate written order confirmation.

The S-ONE 9123 reward programme is governed by its own terms, which take precedence over these terms in respect of anything concerning a code, a claim or a reward payment. Please read the reward programme terms and conditions.

S-ONE 9123 is a registered trademark. The trademark, the S-ONE 9123 name and wordmark, our packaging design, and the text, images and layout of this site are the property of the Company or are used under licence, and are protected by applicable trademark and copyright law.

Nothing on this site grants any licence to use our trademarks. Use of the S-ONE 9123 mark by distributors and retailers requires our written authorisation. We pursue counterfeit and unauthorised use of our marks, and the reward programme exists in part to help buyers confirm that the pack in their hand is genuine.

This site links to the reward claim platform and may link to other third party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability or their handling of your information. A link is not an endorsement.

This site is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the information on it is complete or current at every moment.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website or these terms.
