Privacy Policy
How Swastik One handles personal information, both for visitors to this website and for claimants under the reward programme.
Last updated: 1 September 2026
1. Who is responsible for your information
Swastik One, Ground Floor, Plot No. 314/315, Ambika Industrial Society 1, Udhana Magdalla Road, Near Navjivan Circle, Bhatar, Surat, Gujarat 395017, India, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at vats.weingenious@gmail.com or +91 63546 11460.
2. Information we collect from website visitors
This website does not require an account and has no contact form. If you only browse the site, we do not collect your name, your email address or your phone number.
- Server logs kept by our hosting provider, which may include your IP address, browser type, the pages you requested and the time of the request. These are used to keep the site available and secure.
- The content of any email or phone call you choose to initiate with us, which we keep in order to answer you and to maintain a record of the enquiry.
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell or share visitor information with advertising networks.
3. Information we collect from reward claimants
When someone claims a reward under the S-ONE 9123 Assured Reward Programme, we collect the information needed to verify the claim and pay it:
- The unique code printed inside the pack, and the date and time it was scanned.
- The claimant's mobile number.
- Either a UPI ID, or a bank account number, IFSC code and account holder name.
- The claimant's name, where provided.
- A PAN, where the value of rewards paid requires tax to be deducted at source.
- Technical information about the claim, including the IP address it came from, used to detect duplicate and automated claims.
4. Why we use it, and on what basis
Claimant information is used only for the following purposes, and for nothing else:
- To validate that a code is genuine, unused and within its validity period — necessary to perform the reward we have offered.
- To execute the payment to the claimant's UPI ID or bank account — necessary to perform that same obligation.
- To contact a claimant about a problem with their claim or payment.
- To detect, investigate and prevent duplicate, automated or fraudulent claims — our legitimate interest in protecting the programme.
- To meet tax, accounting, audit and other legal obligations, including deduction of tax at source where applicable.
We do not use claimant contact details for marketing, and we do not add claimants to a mailing list as a result of claiming a reward.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:
- With our payment service provider, Cashfree Payments India Private Limited, strictly to the extent required to execute a reward transfer to the account the claimant has given. They process it as our service provider and under their own regulatory obligations.
- With the reward redemption platform that operates the claim page on our behalf, which stores claim records under our instruction.
- With our bank, in order to fund and settle payouts.
- With our auditors, accountants and legal advisers, where required for tax, audit or advice.
- With a government authority, regulator or court, where we are required by law to disclose.
Each service provider is bound to use the information only for the purpose we have given it to them for.
6. How we protect payment details
Payment details are encrypted, and never shown back in full.
A UPI ID or bank account number supplied for a claim is encrypted when stored. Where a claim record needs to be displayed — to our support team, or back to the claimant — it is shown in masked form only.
A reward that fails at the bank’s end is re-initiated to the same encrypted details that were originally verified. A failed reward cannot be redirected to different details, which is a deliberate control: it removes the most common route by which a reward payment could be diverted.
Access to claim data is restricted to staff who need it to operate the programme. Our site and the claim platform are served over HTTPS.
7. How long we keep it
Claim and payment records are retained for eight years from the end of the financial year in which the payment was made, which is the period we are required to keep books of account and tax records under Indian law. Technical logs used for fraud detection are kept for a shorter period, normally twelve months.
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up, and then deleted.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct anything inaccurate, or to delete information we no longer need to keep. Write to vats.weingenious@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Where information is needed for a tax, accounting or legal obligation, or to investigate suspected fraud, we may not be able to delete it until that obligation ends. We will tell you if that is the case and why.
9. Children
This site is not directed at children, and the reward programme is open only to individuals aged 18 years or above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact vats.weingenious@gmail.com and we will delete it.
10. Grievance officer
If you have a concern about how your personal information has been handled, contact our grievance officer:
